Bailout bill goes down in flames.

Today the notorious $700 Billion bailout bill went down in flames.  This is after the Republicans in the house and Senate stood up for the American people and carved out the most distasteful portions of the bill, such as a few million dollars for Obama campaign organization ACORN.

Before the vote today SanFranGranNan Pelosi made a speech where she tipped her hand and made it clear that she was going to pin everything on the Republican Party.  She lectured all us today about how bad we were for engaging in capitalism while leaving out the truth that mess started with a combination of Democrats looting and blocking any oversight for Freddi Mac and Fannie Mae.

With that the American people shut down the Congressional switchboard, and the House Republicans served speaker Pelousy a heeping helping of shut your pie-hole.  And with that the bill went down in flames.

The truth of the matter is that sure, the American people want this fixed, but:

1. We are not stupid.
2. We don't want you to use this as an opportunity to loot the treasury, our treasury.
3. We won't fall for you giving goodies to your buddies.
4. We are sick of this do-nothing Congress proving time and time how inept they are and trying to make everything into a partisan attack.
5. This is not an opportunity for you enact socialism.
6. We deserve better.

Now kindly pull your head out of your butt and get to work and quit being such a partisan hack.

Barry Obama to put off working until he is elected President.

First Barack Obama balked at going to D.C. to work on the financial bailout plan as he was too busy neglecting his job on behalf of trying to be President.  Now his latest comments are that he will get around to reviewing the bailout bill... when he's President.  That's right.  Barry Obama is not interested in doing his job as a US Senator and he proves it yet again.

If that's the case Barack, I hope you never have to be troubled with looking at the bailout plan...

How many times is Obama going to try to interrupt during this debate?

It's really funny to watch.  Obama says his piece and in some cases you can see McCain grit his teeth; but he doesn't interrupt.  Obama on the other hand can't seem to let McCain finish a statement without trying to but in.  What's funny about it is Obama looks like a little kid trying to get a word in while the grown folks are talking...

Barrack Obama wants to be President so bad he will completely neglect his real job.

In light of the Democrat engineered financial mess we are dealing with John McCain has announced that he will leave the campaign trail to go back to the Senate.  McCain contacted Obama and requested that they cancel the upcoming debate.

Obama's response?  What and actually do my job?!!!  Are you kidding me?!!!  Like the true D-Bag that he is Obama postured and stated that the next President should be able to handle more than one thing at a time.  Oh really?  So let me ask you this you moron, how can you be campaigning and doing your job in the Senate at the same time?  I realize that your kool-aid guzzling followers think that you are the Messiah, but you cannot be in two places at once.

But this is really what we have grown to expect from Obama.  Afterall, he started campaigning for President the moment he was sworn into the Senate and hasn't done his job since.  Can you imagine if this guy wins the election.  He will start neglecting his job in favor of running for re-election on day one.

Belated response to Matt Damon on Sarah Palin. Matt needs to be honest.

Apparently Matt Damon did an interview where he stated his disapproval of Sarah Palin.    Matt is frightened by Sarah's Christianity because as we all know Christians are weird people burn "witches" and believe something about dinosaurs.  Matt says that he needs to know more about Palin since she could have access to the "button."

Matt you need to be honest here buddy.  You know all you need to know about Sarah Palin.  You know that she is a Republican.  From the word go it doesn't matter if Sarah Palin walk on water, eat bullets and crap ice cream you would not vote for her.  So spare us the bad attempt to act objective.

I mean come on.  Someone from Hollyweird being scared of someone else's beliefs?

Whenever I think of Matt Damon offering political commentary for some reason I can't get this out of my head:

And of course the nutroots are already talking about how all the yokels in flyover country are going to burn their Bourne DVDs.  Please.  I love the Bourne movies and I think that Matt Damon can make some good movies.  But you know what?  There's a place where I go to buy my kid's birthday cakes; they make awesome cakes.  The person that makes the cakes, when you talk to them it becomes apparent that they are a moron.  That doesn't mean I don't their cakes...

Dem Obama=Jesus line is not only insulting, but telling as well.

Recently the Dem/Left line has been to push comparing Obama to Jesus.  Even to the point of making the argument that Pilate/Palin was a governor and Jesus/Obama are community organizers.  Oooooh and Pilate and Palin also start with the letter P!

In a huge waste of taxpayer money Steve Cohen a Democrat from Tennessee pushed this notion on the House floor.

This is not only an insult, which is obvious.  But also it is insight into how liberals, even "Christian" liberals view Christ.

"...outside the system."???  You idiot.  He was the system.  Everything that transpired leading up to the crucifixion was according to the will of God.  The Roman occupation of Judea was in the prophecies as was Jesus.  Everything had to happen as it did for mankind to have a chance at salvation.

Jesus was a community organizer?  No.  He was/is Lord and Savior.  But that's just it.  Liberals do not see Jesus as Lord.  They see him as a guy that did good deeds.  Does not occur to them to bow down and worship him, they cannot lower themselves to that level.

The leftosphere tries to indict Palin on abstinence.

Forgot where I heard this, it may have actually been a combination of reading and hearing it. Anyway, the Democrat Reality Distortion Field is really in gear out there. The Dems are mocking Sarah Palin because she support teaching abstinence over teaching 4 and 5 year olds how to properly engage in intercourse (straight and gay.)

The punchline of this joke is that Bristol Palin is pregnant. And to the left this is proof that abstinence doesn't work. One kid gets pregnant in Alaska and abstinence doesn't work.

Well let's look at the unwed mothers in states where the libs have it there way on shoveling sex-ed to little kids. Where to start, I dunno how about California and New York? How many thousands of unwed, teenage mothers are in those states?

But with the more obvious failure of liberal sex ed, they cite as proof that more of the same is needed.

Seminar callers target Palin.

I was listening to Sean Hannity on the way from a business trip to Cincinatti.  A woman calls in, obviously a seminar caller, and begins explaining how impressed she is that we have a woman running for national office.  Then comes the but... monkey.

The woman goes on to say how terrible a parent Palin is for exposing her daughter to national scrutiny, blah, blah, blah.  She would nevverrrr do that to her daughter.

Here's the thing.  If one should not run for or serve in public office because the MSM and the opposing side will invade your personal life then shouldn't anyone with a family NOT run for office?  I mean Obama has two children.  They might have opposition researchers scrutinizing their school work, or diciplinary records, right?  So shouldn't Obama withdraw?

Look at the Clintons, look at all the scrutiny he exposed his family to.  Shouldn't he have resigned from office?

The fact of the matter is, Sarah Palin's daughter is not an issue and it should not be.  As a matter of fact the Clinton drama was more relevant because he was directly involved.

Don't fall for it folks.

Countering an attack on Palin.

I know that this is old news, but I was just thinking about Obama's attack on Palin. You know the one where he referred to the town where she grew up and was mayor as "Wasilly." The point of that attack was that Palin did not have experience, talk about the pot calling the kettle black, in large government. See, her town is small government, being a governor of Alaska is a small government.

Well guess what dipwad? Conservatives LIKE small government!

Bristol Palin is pregnant, but if it was Obama's daughter?

Sarah Palin announced today that that her 17 year old daughter is pregnant. Bristol Palin is said to have been pregnant, is keeping the baby and marrying the father. Palin and McCain knew when Sarah Palin accepted the Republican Party's nomination earlier this week.

The pregnancy came to light after liberals have ramped up the smear machine on Palin. Among Obama's brand of "new politics" is a web site claiming that among other things that Sarah Palin is not the mother of her son Trig, Bristol is. After some detective work, it was found that smear site shares the same IP address and server as, get this, Obama's "Fight the Smears" site.

The kooks are taking an at all costs approach over at Democratic Underground have the following to say:

"Repeat ANYTHING or raise false concern over ANYTHING and it is likely to be planted in the conscious/subconscious of many voters.

If people start to think that there might be something fishy with Palin's last kid (if hers), then that's FINE. One more doubt (whether tied to reality or not) is another hesitation at the ballot box."

Of course Dems are going to play the hypocrite card on Palin. They will mock Republicans on values, etc (these are the same folks that gave us the Clinton psycho-drama and the John Edwards affair.) However, what is the source of this? You see, Trig has Down Syndrom. In the mind of a liberal a Down Syndrome baby is to be aborted. Period. And now we have a 17 year old girl that is pregnant. In the mind of a liberal that unborn baby should be aborted.

So let's compare and contrast Sarah Palin and Barack Obama. Sarah Palin has referred to the situation as a blessing. Obama, has stated that he would not want either of his daughters "punished" with a baby.

Let's face it. If one of Obama's daughters got pregnant, we would never know. That girl would be at the abortion clinic before the Clear Blue Easy stick was dry. And we all know the Obama philosophy on abortion: If at first you don't succeed, put the baby in the trash.
